👥 User Roles & Capabilities
1. Participants
Participants are end-users who join and attend various events hosted on the platform.

- Registration: Can create an account directly on the platform.
- Event Discovery: Browse and search upcoming events.
- Enroll in Events: Register and pay for conferences, competitions, etc.
- Receive Certificates: Automatically receive e-certificates post-event.
- Personal Dashboard: Track upcoming and past events, download certificates.
2. Organizers
Organizers are users who can host and manage events but must go through a verification process.
🔹 How to Become an Organizer:
- Submit an Organizer Request Form.
- Await approval from the Admin.
- Upon approval, organizer privileges are unlocked.

- Participant Management: View enrolled participants.
- Payment Verification: Manually verify payments.

3. Admins
Admins have full control over the platform, with visibility and access to all modules.
